The Tiggo 7 Sport Edition is based on the Chery Exploration 06. The new car has a clear shadow of the Exploration 06. The new car has a front grille similar to the Land Rover family, plus slender daytime running lights, paying tribute to the Land Rover Aurora. The new car uses a split headlight group, which is located on both sides of the front surround. The design of the front surround is also similar to that of Aurora. Even the grille has an exclusive logo.

On the side of the car, the third row of windows also has external spare parts, which is also a design element of Land Rover. The new car adopts a floating roof design. The rear of the vehicle obviously retains the design elements of the Exploration 06, including the taillight style similar to the checkered flag, which runs through the exclusive LOGO in the center. However, the double exhaust on both sides is canceled.

In terms of interior, the new car retains the interior design of the Exploration 06, adopting a tough interior design, through-type air-conditioning vents, a suspended LCD instrument panel, and a central control screen, but the gearbox gears are redesigned and the buttons are re-arranged.
