Chery iCAR 03T will be officially launched at the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show

Recently, we learned from the official that Chery iCAR 03T ( parameters | inquiry ) will be officially launched at the 2024 Chengdu Auto Show. The new car is based on iCAR 03 and is still positioned as a compact pure electric SUV, but it has been upgraded in appearance, cockpit, four-wheel drive system, etc. Previously, the new car has been officially unveiled at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show.

In terms of appearance, the front part of the new car has a more hardcore off-road design. The heavy front surround is matched with the red and black contrasting design, which makes the new car show a strong sense of power. In terms of body size, the length, width, and height of the new car are 4432/1916/1741mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2715mm.

On the side of the body, the front and rear fenders of the new car adopt a wide-body design and are equipped with wider and thicker wheel arches, while also forming wheel arch vents. The new car is also equipped with six-spoke wheels, and the overall two-color body and roof design further enhances the personalized attributes. According to previous information, the chassis of the new car is raised by 15mm, the unloaded ground clearance is 200mm, the approach angle/departure angle/break-over angle are 28/31/20 degrees respectively, and the tires are widened by 11mm.

In terms of power, the new car will be available in single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive versions. The single-motor version has a maximum power of 184 horsepower and a peak torque of 220 Nm. The dual-motor four-wheel drive version has a maximum power of 279 horsepower and a peak torque of 385 Nm, an acceleration of 0-100 km/h of 6.5 seconds, and a maximum cruising range of more than 500 km.
