2024-09-19

A few days ago, XPENG Motors officially released spy photos of the XPENG P7+, which previously appeared in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology catalog with the internal code name F57. Combined with previous news, P7+ is the first model of XPENG's new generation of autonomous driving hardware platform, with a length of more than 5 meters and a wheelbase of 3 meters, and it will be officially released in the fourth quarter.

The words "the world's first AI car" can be seen on the camouflage livery of the new car, although it is not equipped with lidar, it is expected that the new vehicle will provide a level of high-end intelligent driving with a pure visual solution, and it will also be XPENG's first product with ADAS indicator lights.

A brief review of the new car shows that it still retains a family-style design style in terms of appearance, and the through-type LED light strip is very recognizable. In terms of body size, the length, width, and height of the new car are 5056/1937/1512mm, and the wheelbase is 3000mm, which is larger than the current XPENG P7i (length, width, and height 4888/1896/1450mm, wheelbase 2998mm). Its body adopts a fastback shape, and the rear part creates a double-layer effect through a spoiler, and the drag coefficient is worth looking forward to.

Regarding power, the current declaration information is only a single-motor version, with a maximum power of 180kW and 230kW, a maximum speed of 200km/h, and a lithium iron phosphate battery.
