AVATR 11/12 extended-range version will be officially launched in September

On August 4, Zhu Huarong, Chairman of Changan Automobile, said that the extended-range version of AVATR 11 and AVATR 12 will be officially launched in September. At the same time, the extended-range and pure electric versions of AVATR 07 will also be launched in September.

AVATR 12 Extended Range Edition

Briefly reviewing, the AVATR 12 extended-range version is positioned as a medium-to-large sedan. As a new version, its overall design style follows the main design style of the current model, with only adjustments in detail. Specifically, the air intake under the closed grille of the car is decorated with a new mesh element to improve the recognition appropriately.

In terms of body size, the length, width, and height are 5020/1999/1460 (1450) mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3020 mm, which is the same as the pure electric version. In terms of power, the AVATR 12 extended-range version will be equipped with a 1.5T engine as a range extender, with a maximum power of 115kW and a maximum power of 231kW for the drive motor.

A brief review of the AVATR 07, which is positioned as a mid-size SUV, is expected to be priced between $34,626 and $48,476 . Looking back at the styling, it adopts the AVATR family's "Future Elegance" design concept, and the double-layer LED daytime running lights make this car highly recognizable. In terms of appearance, the AVATR 07 inherits the distinctive design style of the AVATR models, and the narrow and long taillights create a neat and concise visual effect.

Looking back at the interior, it is themed on a future technology luxury cockpit, and the overall center console is outlined with rich lines, creating a good sense of layering and three-dimensional. At the same time, it uses a narrow-bar LCD instrument, a floating center console screen, and four screens consisting of electronic rear view mirror displays on both sides, which are full of technology. In addition, its seats are made of vegetable-tanned pearlescent NAPPA leather, combined with soft and environmentally friendly full coverage, and a large area of PU material soft package is used on the instrument panel, the entire door panel and the B-pillar, and the skin-friendly suede ceiling.

In terms of body size, its length, width, and height are 4825/1980/1620 (1610) mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2940 mm. In terms of power, AVATR 07 will provide extended-range and pure electric versions. The extended-range version is equipped with a power system consisting of a 1.5T range extender and a motor and provides two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions.

The maximum power of the 1.5T range extender is 115kW; the two-wheel drive version is equipped with a single motor with a maximum power of 231kW, and the four-wheel drive version is equipped with a front/rear dual motor of 131kW and 231kW, and uses a lithium iron phosphate battery pack with a capacity of 39.05kWh, corresponding to the CLTC pure electric range of 230km (two-wheel drive) and 220km (four-wheel drive). The AVATR 07 pure electric version is also available in two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions.

The maximum power of the two-wheel drive version of the electric motor is 252kW, and the maximum power of the front/rear motor of the four-wheel drive version is 188kW and 252kW respectively. Both the two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions are equipped with lithium iron phosphate battery packs provided by CATL, with pure electric ranges of 650km and 610km respectively.
