On December 2, 2024,we learned from AVATR official that its medium and large SUV - the new AVATR 11 was officially launched, as a modified model, it launched a pure electric version and an extended range version, a total of 5 configuration models.

As a modified model, the overall design style of the current model is basically the same, and only some details have been adjusted. At the same time, the front face of the new car adopts a simple design style, with split daytime running lights outlining the shape of the front face, headlights are designed at the front surround, and a display screen can be displayed under the front windshield.

Although it is an SUV, the body of AVATR 11 shows a strong sense of dynamics, with a forward-rushing attitude, and the muscular fenders and large wheels show the sporty attitude of the vehicle. Concealed door handles are also used to further optimize the car's drag coefficient. The overall shape of its tail is relatively rounded, and the through-type taillight design is in line with the current popular elements. What is more characteristic is that the rear window adopts a vertical design, rather than the large-angle inclined design commonly used in coupe SUVs, and the visual perception is more compact. In terms of body size, its length, width and height are 4895/1970/1601mm, and the wheelbase is 2975mm.


In terms of interior, the new AVATR 11 adopts a wrap-around cockpit design, with an ambient light strip surrounding the entire interior, which can move with the rhythm of music, can also interact with voice control, and can be equipped with an intelligent fragrance system in the car. The entire center console is three-dimensional and hierarchical, consisting of two 10.25-inch high-definition LCD screens and a 15.6-inch high-definition floating central touch screen for the main and co-pilot.

In terms of configuration, the new AVATR 11 provides a HarmonyOS cockpit, HALO interactive screen, DMS main driver monitoring camera, driver fatigue monitoring, gesture control, sentry mode, steering wheel heating, engine active noise reduction, and wrap-around atmosphere lights (256 colors + adjustable brightness + breathing effect), etc. A total of 4 interior colors are available for users to choose from: plain black, blue gray, burgundy red, and twilight purple/smoke white.

AVATR 11 is the first to be equipped with Huawei's ADS 3.0, which is the industry's most powerful LiDAR solution. Among them, ADS 3.0 uses the new architecture of GOD big network scene understanding + PDP end-to-end network, which can independently learn and simulate human driving decisions. Regardless of whether the starting and ending points are basement parking spaces or temporary parking spaces on the roadside, AVATR 11 can realize "parking space to parking space, one-click self-driving".

In terms of power, the extended-range version is equipped with a 1.5T range extender with a maximum power of 115 kilowatts and a maximum motor power of 231 kilowatts, paired with a 39.05kWh CATL Xiaoyao super hybrid battery, with a pure electric range of 225 km under CLTC conditions and a comprehensive range of 1065 km; At the same time, the AVATR 11 pure electric model is equipped with an 800V silicon carbide platform as standard, and is equipped with Huawei's latest generation of DriveONE silicon carbide electric drive, which has the Huawei iTRACK function, which can achieve millisecond-level torque fine-tuning, thereby improving the ride and safety of the vehicle. Specifically, the pure electric version of the model is available in single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive, the former has a total motor power of 237 kW and a peak torque of 396 Nm, and the latter has a total motor power of 402 kW and a peak torque of 687 Nm, and the battery will be equipped with a 116.79kWh battery pack and provide a CLTC pure electric range of 760km and 815km.


With the advent of the era of smart cars, more and more car companies choose to cooperate in the route of car manufacturing, so that they can get more resources and create more powerful products. However, compared with the Jiezi brand under Hongmeng Zhixing, AVATR really can't enjoy Huawei's "bringing goods" marketing, basically adopting the same model as Jihu and Huawei, and only focusing on products, so AVATR has been in the stage of continuous investment in marketing in recent years, fortunately, with the background of Chang'an and CATL, as well as the establishment of a good user base for existing models, it can have good sales help after its facelift.
