A few days ago, we learned from the official that the Light EV will be launched on February 14,2025. Pre-orders for the new model have already begun.This car is officially positioned as a "pure electric utility vehicle", which supports external discharge and seat flat folding functions, and the space layout is very flexible.

Before listing, users can place an order through online channels such as Motors App and Motors Mini Program, and can enjoy a number of discounts: 3.5kW AC charging pile (excluding installation).

In terms of appearance, the front part of the new car adopts a more square shape, with a charging port in the middle of the closed front grille, and LED daytime running lights inside the headlight clusters on both sides. The front bumper adopts a through-type heat dissipation opening design, and there are C-shaped deflector grooves on both sides, which adds a bit of sportiness to the new car.

The side of the new car has a "K-Car" style square box shape to ensure a high room efficiency in the interior space. The classic sliding door design is still available, with an opening width of 595 mm and a luggage rack above the roof. The shape of the tail is also very square, the opening angle of the tailgate is close to 90°, and the threshold height is only 569mm, which is more labor-saving for loading and unloading goods. In terms of dimensions, its length, width and height are 3685/1530/1765mm, and the wheelbase is 2600mm.

In terms of interior, the new car still continues the simple design style of the  model, and the center console is equipped with physical buttons and knobs, which is simple and practical. The two-spoke steering wheel is equipped with a monochrome LCD instrument cluster in front of it, and the entertainment system is set above the air conditioning vents, with only a simple radio function. In addition, the new car uses a knob to shift gears.

In terms of seat layout, the passenger and rear seats of the new car can be folded flat, and the initial trunk volume reaches 527L, which increases to 1117L when the seats are all folded down. The new car also has a number of installation holes reserved in the car to support the installation of folding tables, storage compartments and placement racks and other expansion accessories, providing rich expansion storage space.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a rear motor with a maximum power of 30kW and a lithium iron phosphate battery, with an all-electric range of 201 km. The new car supports DC fast charging, which can be charged from 30% to 80% in 35 minutes, and also supports external discharge, with a power of up to 3.3kW. The front and rear compartments are equipped with 12V DC power interfaces, with a maximum discharge power of 120W, which supports the use of low-power electrical appliances such as car refrigerators and ambient lights.
