FAW Bestune will unveil two new energy SUV models, the Yueyi 03 and Yueyi 07, tomorrow evening.

Recently, we have learned through relevant channels that FAW Bestune will debut two new SUV models, the Yueyi 03 and Yueyi 07, at the FAW Bestune Yueyi Technology Day event on the evening of February 25th. The new car launch event will officially begin at 19:00 on the 25th, and we will be on-site to bring you the latest updates.

First, let's talk about the Yueyi 03. Positioned in the compact SUV market, the vehicle is expected to adopt a pure electric drive system, equipped with a 122 kW motor provided by Huawei Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and paired with lithium iron phosphate power batteries produced by CALB. This model was previously showcased at the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show and will make its debut again at the Yueyi Technology Day, with plans to officially launch in March 2025.

The Yueyi 03 features a dynamic and minimalist design, with some variants offering a two-tone body color scheme. Details reveal that the Yueyi 03 adopts a split-type headlight assembly, complemented by a closed front grille and a lower trapezoidal air intake, enhancing its overall sense of technology. In terms of dimensions, as a compact SUV, it measures 4450/1860/1635 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2750 mm. The interior design is similarly straightforward, featuring a full LCD instrument panel and a large central control screen. In terms of product positioning, it primarily targets competitors like the BYD Yuan PLUS.

The other vehicle at the Technology Day, the Yueyi 07, is positioned in the mid-size SUV market and is a plug-in hybrid model, powered by a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 110 kW. The design of the Yueyi 07 also trends towards youthfulness and sportiness, featuring a closed front face, a split-type headlight design with an upper LED daytime running light strip and lower high/low beam units integrated with air guide grooves, and a trapezoidal air intake at the lower front to further enhance the sporty feel.

In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 4745/1880/1710 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2772 mm. Additionally, the car offers optional configurations such as a dark roof, 18/19-inch wheels, and a sunroof.
