On March 14th, we obtained a set of images of the new mid-size sedan from the Avita brand—the Avita 06—from the internet. The new car has already completed its registration and is expected to go on sale in April, with an estimated price of around 250,000 yuan. It will continue to offer both pure electric and range-extender powertrain options.

In terms of exterior design, the car is based on the AVATR 2.0 design concept. The daytime running lights feature a dual-strip + 7-shaped style, while the high and low beam headlights are vertically integrated into the sides of the front bumper. The center of the front bumper includes a trapezoidal air intake and cooling opening, giving the vehicle a distinctive look. Notably, the car will offer both traditional side mirrors and electronic side mirrors to cater to different user preferences. Additionally, it is equipped with a LiDAR system, though the specific autonomous driving solution has yet to be officially disclosed.

The rear of the vehicle continues with a no-rear-window design and features a double-layer spoiler style, which significantly enhances its recognizability. In terms of dimensions, the new car measures 4855/1960/1450(1467) mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2940 mm.

Moving to the interior, the car maintains the family's minimalist design style, featuring a 360 surround-style cabin and Gentle Tech minimalist design language. Specifically, the car is equipped with a large floating central control screen and a through-type connected screen design. Additionally, elements such as hidden air conditioning vents and the central armrest area largely follow the design seen in the Avita 07. The iconic near-oval steering wheel, paired with the sharp lines of the dashboard, creates a strong sense of modernity. In terms of features, the images reveal that the car will come with a streaming media rearview mirror, electronic side mirrors, wireless phone charging, and more, significantly enhancing the car's technological appeal.

In terms of powertrain, the Avita 06 offers both pure electric and range-extender options. The pure electric model uses an 800V high-voltage platform, with the single-motor version offering a maximum power of 252 kW, and the dual-motor version providing 188 kW at the front and 252 kW at the rear. The range-extender version is equipped with a 1.5T range-extending system, with the range extender offering 115 kW of power and the drive motor peaking at 231 kW. The car uses two lithium iron phosphate battery packs, with capacities of 31.7 kWh and 45.06 kWh, offering pure electric range of 170 km and 240 km, respectively, as per the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology filings.
