Recently, the official images of the new Hyundai IONIQ 6 have been officially released. As a mid-term facelift model, it has undergone significant adjustments to its exterior, while the interior has received minor upgrades. The new vehicle is expected to hit the market within 2025. In addition, the high-performance version, IONIQ 6 N, is expected to be unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July, with an estimated output of 641 horsepower.
Looking at the official images, the front face of the new vehicle has undergone substantial changes. It features a flat, split-headlight design paired with a large-mouth grille, adding a touch of unrestrained flair. In the N Line version, the new vehicle will have a larger grille size and ventilation design, along with smoked badges, significantly enhancing its sporty feel.
The interior of the new vehicle mainly focuses on detail upgrades. We can see that it will be equipped with a new-style multi-functional steering wheel, and the front will still adopt a dual-screen design, continuing to retain the electronic rearview mirrors. Additionally, the central tunnel area has been reorganized, with the window control buttons still located in the tunnel.
The new vehicle will also introduce a high-performance IONIQ 6 N version. The official images released this time only reveal some rear details, which will include a large fixed spoiler + ducktail combination. Furthermore, the rear bumper will feature a diffuser design, very similar to the Hyundai RN22e concept car. It is expected that the vehicle's powertrain will continue to use a dual-motor system, with a maximum power output of around 641 horsepower, and the sound simulation system will also be retained. We will continue to follow up and report on more information about the new vehicle.
