On April 3rd, we obtained the official images of the BMW 3 Series 50th Anniversary Limited Edition, a mid-size car from BMW, from the official BMW website. This car will be limited to 2,500 units and will make its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show. After 50 years, the BMW 3 Series has sold over 20 million units globally, becoming the world's best-selling luxury car. Moreover, the first generation of the model became BMW's first product to exceed one million sales. The Chinese market has also performed excellently, with sales exceeding 1.73 million units, more than half of which are the seventh-generation models.

In terms of appearance, the new car features two exclusive paint colors derived from BMW's personalized customization options: Satin Pure Grey and Lightning Purple, paired with two new styles of 19-inch exclusive wheels, significantly enhancing the vehicle's recognizability. It is worth mentioning that the new car also has a 50th Anniversary exclusive commemorative emblem on the B-pillar.

Inside the car, the BMW 3 Series 50th Anniversary Limited Edition is the first to use Alcantara material to cover the steering wheel, seats, and door panels, greatly enhancing the vehicle's sporty feel and comfort. At the same time, it is equipped with a red steering wheel return-to-center mark at 12 o'clock and 50th Anniversary limited-edition carbon fiber interior trim strips. Additionally, the 50th Anniversary exclusive commemorative emblem is displayed in the gear shift area and on the backrests of all seats. It is worth noting that the BMW 3 Series 50th Anniversary Limited Edition is equipped with a new (BMW) operating system, adopting a "zero-layer" intelligent floating window interaction design. The main interface can synchronize and display navigation information and control high-frequency driving functions, reducing operational interference while enhancing driving safety. The BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant has received a comprehensive upgrade, with significantly improved response speed and deep evolution in interactive understanding capabilities, offering features such as wake-word-free commands and delayed listening.
