Stronger Sporting Atmosphere: More Renderings of the New Volkswagen Lingdu L GTS Equipped with a 2.0T Engine

Recently, we obtained more renderings of the Volkswagen Lingdu L GTS from the official source. As a high-performance version, this car will be equipped with a 2.0T engine and an exclusive sporty exterior kit. In addition, its regular version has previously completed the application with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and it is expected to be officially launched within the second quarter.

Compared with the regular version, the new car will feature a blacked-out grille and a front spoiler on the front fascia. Slightly disappointing is that the exclusive "GTS" badge to showcase its identity was not seen. On the side of the body, it will be equipped with blacked-out exterior rearview mirrors, while the rear will have dual exhaust pipes and a blacked-out rear bumper. Paired with the red GTS badge, the sporty atmosphere is very prominent.

Combining previous information, the new car will be equipped with the same 2.0T engine as the Golf GTI, with a maximum power of 220 horsepower and a peak torque of 350N·m. The transmission system is expected to match a 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox and adopt front-wheel drive.
