Chery Holding Group sold 211,879 vehicles in August, a year-on-year increase of 23.7%. Among them, new energy sales were 46,526, a year-on-year increase of 158.5%; exports were 97,866, a year-on-year increase of 12.7%. From January to August, Chery Group sold a total of 1,508,259 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 41.9%.

The vehicle is positioned as a pure electric large six-seat SUV. The body color in the official image resembles elephant gray but with some differences, and it is uncertain whether this is a new color for the i8. Additionally, the vehicle will be equipped with new seats, featuring changes in the stitching pattern.
